Thrive Paediatrics

This Â鶹´«Ã½ programme aims to improve your working lives as paediatricians, with the pilot phase funded by Dinwoodie Charitable Company. Read our roadmap to start identifying both good practice and areas for change and explore the Thrive resource hub on Â鶹´«Ã½ Learning.

Our resource hub is exclusive to members on Â鶹´«Ã½ Learning, and has evidence, good practice examples and stories from paediatricians' lived experience in different formats.

We've run 'Wellbeing and Innovation Networks' in two regions to date. Inclusive and diverse, these offered a space for members to draw on each other's experiences and collaborate.
