The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health and Neonatal and Paediatric Pharmacy Group Joint Standing Committee on Medicines (�鶹��ý-NPPG) have produced a new clinical practice guideline on medication safety, with recommendations on effective paediatric ward rounds.
